Alex Jochelson.

to develop inventive, functional and cost effective technical solutions

Alex has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering ( MEMech ), and
formal post-graduate training in air pollution measurement,
dispersion modelling and engineering control. |

comprehensive experience in environmental engineering comprises all

a. |
elements of
engineering activities; and |
|

fields of
environment protection; |

i.e. it is a well
balanced: |

industrial, |

research, |

statutory and |
| 4. |
consulting |
experience in air,
water and noise pollution assessment and engineering control, viz.

| 1. |
four-year industrial experience (environment protection specialist
at
ferro-chromium smelting plant);
|
| 2. |
four-year
design and research experience (design/research engineer
at university);
|
| 3. |
nine-year regulatory industrial pollution control experience
at NSW Environment Protection Authority - EPA, now Department of Environment, Climate Change
and
Water - DECCW [engineer - operations -
Sydney Central/Inner Region]; and
|
| 4. |
current, since
January 1995, engineering consulting experience as
the
principal consultant of Pollution Control Consultancy and Design (PCCD).
|
Alex is:
